Each estimate assumes all credits are used for that item; estimates cannot be combined. Videos are calculated at 720p, 10 seconds, with no reference video. Planning conversations and other services use additional credits.
The same task uses the same number of credits. Larger packages have a lower price per credit.

Equivalent package cost = credits used × package price ÷ total package credits. Assumes all package credits are used; amounts are rounded to the nearest CNY cent. Per-second prices are calculated from a 10-second video. Full videos are charged in whole credits. Reference videos receive a separate quote based on their actual duration. The quote shown before submission determines the actual credit charge.
Monthly packages: All credits are added at once and remain valid for 30 days after being credited. Every package is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.
If you buy more credits before expiry, your remaining credits use the later of the existing expiration date and the new purchase's expiration date. Buying more credits does not shorten the existing validity. Expired credits are not restored by a new purchase. Check your account for the actual expiration time.
Credits are used for videos, images, and planning conversations, with each service charged separately. Packages include different credit amounts. Templates are free, with no additional activation fee. Upscaling will be charged separately when available and is not included in the base video generation charge.

After payment is confirmed, all credits listed in your package are added to your account at once and remain valid for 30 days. Use them as needed within that period, with no daily usage limit and no automatic renewal.
Package credits share one balance, but each creation step is quoted separately: planning conversations, images, videos, and post-production upscaling are different services. The required credits appear before submission, and the task runs after confirmation. Regenerating after changes is a new task. Unlimited generation is not included, and there is no extra template activation fee.
Native 1080p is generated directly by the video model. Upscaling improves an existing video's image quality, with different results and processing times. They are different outputs. Upscaling is being integrated; once available, its cost will be shown before submission. We plan to display generation and upscaling costs separately in the conversation. If upscaling fails, the original video is kept and only the upscaling credits are returned.
Credits are returned when the system confirms generation has failed. If a task is still waiting or its provider status is being checked, view its progress first to avoid duplicate submissions. A completed result that does not meet your expectations is not a system failure. Regenerating with revised requirements incurs a new charge, so we recommend starting with a small number of attempts.
If you have an unexpired balance, your account uses the later of its existing expiration time and the new package's expiration time. Unused available credits expire at that time. Expired credits are not restored by a new purchase. Amounts and credit totals on past orders remain unchanged. See your account for the actual expiration time.
There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge, so no subscription cancellation is needed. When your credits run out, you can buy any package again. Its validity is calculated from the time the new credits are actually added.
