1. Services

olioli is an online digital service that helps users generate or edit AI images, short videos, storyboards, and related creative content from text, images, videos, and other assets. We do not sell or deliver physical products.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and are responsible for your account information and sign-in credentials.
• The information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized account activity.
• Do not share, rent out, or use accounts to bypass restrictions.

3. User assets and generated content

You retain your rights to lawfully uploaded assets and authorize olioli to process them only to provide, maintain, and improve the services you request. You must hold the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and commercially use the relevant assets.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to third-party content. Before using it in ads, product listings, or public posts, manually review product accuracy, character permissions, trademarks, copyright, music, copy, and target-market rules.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or intentionally harmful content.
• Character assets may depict only original virtual characters or real people for whom you hold explicit rights and consent. Face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, forged authorization, and nonconsensual use of anyone's likeness or voice are prohibited.
• Do not bypass security measures, disrupt the service, or use it for spam, malware, or other abuse.
• Do not use the service to sell products or services prohibited by the applicable payment provider's acceptable use policy.

5. Pricing, template access, and credits

The permanent all-template pass is a one-time account entitlement, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically. It unlocks creation templates; it does not include unlimited generation or automatically grant generation credits.

Actual model usage for images, videos, chats, and other tasks is charged in the credits shown on the page. Credits are only for digital creation within olioli and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash. Prices, currencies, and amounts payable follow the checkout page.

6. Failed tasks and refunds

When the system confirms a task has failed or been canceled, corresponding credits are automatically returned as described on the page. Template-pass and credit top-up refunds follow our refund policy. A fully refunded pass order has its associated template access revoked.

7. Service changes and availability

We strive to keep the service stable, but third-party models, networks, maintenance, compliance, or force majeure may cause delays or interruptions. We may change features, models, prices, and credit costs for security, legal, or product reasons, and will provide reasonable advance notice of changes that materially affect users.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate service for unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement, payment disputes, security risks, or serious violations of these terms. Where legally permitted, purchased credits that remain unused before termination and qualify for a refund may be handled under the refund policy.

9. Limitations of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that generated content will meet a particular commercial purpose, platform review standard, or rights-registration requirement. These terms do not affect liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
