PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy policy

This policy explains how olioli collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit the website, register an account, buy a template pass or credits, or use AI creation features.

Effective date: August 30, 2026 · Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, sign-in method, nickname, and account status.
  • Transaction and entitlement information: purchases, amounts, currencies, order status, refunds, template access, and credit transactions. Payment providers handle full bank card or wallet credentials; we do not store them.
  • Creation data: uploaded images, videos, text prompts, project settings, and generated results.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, page visits, error logs, and security and anti-abuse records.
  • Communications: inquiries, feedback, and after-sales messages you submit.

2. How we use information

  • Create and maintain accounts, and provide image, video, and project services.
  • Process orders, grant or revoke template access, deliver credits, verify payments, handle refunds, and prevent fraud.
  • Protect the service, troubleshoot issues, measure product usage, and improve the experience.
  • Send necessary verification codes and account, security, order, and service notices.
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Service providers and cross-border processing

To provide the service, we may share necessary information with providers bound by contractual and confidentiality obligations. These include Alipay, MaPay, or Paddle as shown at checkout (payments, order verification, tax, and risk controls); Cloudflare/Sites (network, hosting, and data services); Google (if you choose Google sign-in); Resend (account emails); and AI model or media-processing providers used to complete your selected tasks.

These providers may process data outside your country or region. We take reasonable contractual, security, and data-minimization measures as required by applicable law.

4. Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can manage projects and assets in your account. Some records may remain for a reasonable period after deletion for backup, security, financial, or legal reasons.

5. Security

We protect data using access controls, encryption in transit, key isolation, logging, and least-privilege access. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Use a secure sign-in method and protect your account.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent-based authorization. Certain transaction and security records may not be immediately deletable because of legal obligations.

7. Minors

The service is not intended for minors who cannot independently provide valid consent. If you believe a minor has provided personal information without lawful authorization, contact us.

8. Contact and updates

Email privacy requests using the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account. When this policy changes, we will show a new effective date on this page.
